Virtual CISO is a very popular service for SME’s and some larger Enterprises, where consultancies fill this skills and knowledge gap for business in a cost effective manner.

This pricing model requires the business to pay an initial onboarding fee which includes defining a tailored cyber strategy for the business. Following this, access to the vCISO is guaranteed by paying a small monthly retainer. Included in this fee, the vCISO will chair the monthly security steering meeting and be available on-demand to handle any cyber incident or crisis that arises, or for that matter any other consultancy that the business demands, at a pre agreed hourly rate, potentially saving £££’s in consultancy.

Supplier Security Assessment works best on a fixed fee model. Suppliers are assessed as either a SaaS or Non SaaS provider with a standard fixed price guaranteed. While pricing is fixed in advance, it can vary depending on supplier risk for each customer. Where risk is significantly higher a greater level of scrutiny should be applied and equally where risk is lower, so the price should reflect it. Supplier security assessments are always risk based.

Ad-Hoc Consultancy covers everything else we do, from full implementation of ISO 27001, including accreditation, to single days advisory in any cyber, governance, risk, or compliance domain. Prices vary depending on the engagement type, level of consultant expertise, and duration of engagement.
